2014path3Women’s Service Day is continuing to focus its fundraising and volunteer efforts on creating a soothing environment for people that come to Pathways MI under duress. If you have a passion for helping provide life transforming services to children, adults, and our communities, there are a number of ways to contribute to this renovation project happening at the Holland facility.

FINANCIAL: Monetary donations may be made two ways: By writing a check to Pathways, MI and putting “Building Renovation Fund Donation” in the memo line, then sending it to: Pathways, MI 412 Century Lane Holland MI 49423 Or, through the Pathways MI website. All gifts are tax-deductible. To support Women’s Service Day projects there, choose the Building Renovation Fund option when you click “donate.”

IN-KIND GOODS: To complete the project at the Pathways MI facility, we’re on the lookout for specific furniture, equipment, and supplies, as well as skilled trades. Please contact us to discuss our needs.

VOLUNTEERS: If you–perhaps with a group of colleagues, service organization members, or friends–are looking for a project, we can help! We especially need skills in construction and building, but can put any group to meaningful work! Line up your crew, look at possible dates, and then contact us.

  1. Can I make donations as Christmas gifts to friends I’d like to remember with a donation instead of a physical gift? Would they receive a notification of my gift in their name? I’ve done a similar thing with Boys and Girls Club in past years but would iike to donate to Nuestra Casa this year.
    Please let me know….thanks!
    And Happy Holidays!

    • What a great idea! We so appreciate your support. And we’ll be in touch and figure out how to make it happen. We’ll post the answer here, too, in case anyone else is thinking along the same lines. Happy Holidays to you, too!

      • Just realized we never posted the ultimate answer, which was that yes, we can note donations as gifts! We’ve sent holiday cards with a note saying a donation was received in recipients’ names, and would be happy to make other special arrangements, too. Please use the “contact us” form to let us know if you have a special circumstance in mind!
